Homemade Oatmeal Facial Mask

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup finely chopped oatmeal
  • 1 container of live-culture plain yogurt
  • 1/2 an apple, grated
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Mix oatmeal with the yogurt to form a paste.
  2. Add the grated apple and lemon juice and stir well.
  3. Apply to clean dry skin on the face and neck.
  4. Relax (yep that means not doing anything!!!) for 15 – 20 minutes.
  5. Rinse with warm water and gently pat the skin dry
