Easy Cheese Ball Recipe

• 1 8oz pkg of block cream cheese, room temp
• 1 jar of Old English cheese

Use a spoon or spatula to mix the 2 together, it doesn’t form a ‘ball’ but mounds up into a nice pile on a plate, and can be shaped by the addition of nuts to the outside. It taste best IMO when made the night before. It is great with crackers, Ritz style, Sociables, or veggie crackers are our favorites, and doesn’t last long around here! (it’s a holiday tradition for my In Laws for me to bring it, so I better get to it tomorrow)
