Homemade Graham Cracker Crust

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter and mix well. Press into the bottom of an 8 or 10 inch springform pan or pie plate. Chill until firm.
